A house in Coral Gables that sold for $34 million tops the list of the most expensive house sales in Miami-Dade County in the last week.

In total, 1041 house sales were registered in the area during the past week, with an average price of $799,902. The average price per square foot ended up at $428.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was created during the week of April 25, even if the property may have been sold earlier.

  • $5.9 million, detached house in the 100 block of Orquidea Avenue

    The sale of the single-family residence in the 100 block of Orquidea Avenue, Coral Gables, has been finalized. The price was $5,850,000, and the new owners took over the house in January.
